Description Of Work:
Our Dell laptop had not been serviced since we bought it 5 years ago and it was not connecting to the internet, turning on very slowly and the screen was ‘freezing’ so the computer crashed sporadically. Ed completely cleaned the hard drive and updated our software to cure the many problems and then made certain that the computer connected to our printer, scanner and the internet.
Ed did all of this computer service within 24 hours. He was so helpful and spent time generously making certain that everything we wanted was downloaded and all systems worked together. We brought our computer to his office yesterday afternoon and took it home last night. Ed then was able to assist our reconnecting the laptop and downloading the printer and scanner software and internet remotely. Ed saved our computer and our sanity!!
